Vera Wang Classic Preppy unclassified dresses

I opened up a credit card to get this dress for my mom. She was supposed to give me money in order to make payments, however that did not happen and her and my dad have since broken up. I just want to pay off the rest of the balance on the credit card and then attempt to get at least some of the money back that I've put into it myself. Thank you!
