I purchased this dress from a store in the Chicago land area in the beginning of the year. I fell in love with the detail and just how romantic it felt. This dress has the ruffles which flutter and sway as you walk, still with the sweet heart neckline and mermaid style you still fell very sexy.This dress is from the 2014 dreams collection of pronovias, I just love this line. I only had a luncheon at the art institute of Chicago, so I wore it for about 4 hours. I also have the veil i wore with the dress, it has little pearls all around it.
